The sixth, seventh and eighth grade classes are performing the musical “Annie”. The last showing is tonight at 7pm. The play is directed by our wonderful drama teacher Gina Camarillo, with Lexie Farr as our student director. Don’t miss this great performance!

Wednesday, May 19th, 2010. We will be taking a field trip to Domino’s pizza located in Capitola. One of our school parents owns Domino’s and has offered to show us how their business works. We will be making individual pizzas, only snacks will be required that day. If you would like to join us, please sign the sheet on the classroom door or send me an email.

Thursday, May 20th There will be a meet and greet with our fantastic second grade teacher, Lisa Kepler. This is taking place from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. We look forward to seeing you there.

Our spelling final will be happening over the next two weeks. There will be twenty-five review words each test. After that we will have finished all our spelling!

Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010. We will have Kitty from the Santa Cruz County office of education doing a presentation on bicycle safety. She will be talking about pedestrian and car safety as well. We want to make sure our children are safe in all types of situations.
